Here we are, the last stop on our 3 weeks in Kenya. We decided for our last stay we wanted to experience a part of Kenya we hadn’t been to before. In the US we are fortunate to have an enormity of varying coastlines in different climates so we don’t often look for coastal experiences when we travel abroad.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Kenyan coast and in particular Kinondu Kwetu, which is at the southern end of the coast near Diani Beach. It is the kind of destination that dreams are made of – a boutique beach lodge that is still family owned and operated. It couldn’t have been a more perfect 3 days. Next time it will be longer! Spending a few days (or longer) is a perfect way to end your safari or other Kenyan adventure!
