“I contacted Robin for a last min trip during one of the busiest seasons (spring break) of the year. She got right back to me with several options for places to stay and even dining suggestions. The resort we chose was under construction but she sent us pictures to make sure we wouldn’t be too inconvenienced. We really enjoyed the trip and appreciated that Robin helped us get a very nice Deck 4 stateroom. We enjoyed the spacious room with a view. We appreciated her handling the booking details and for giving us $100 extra cruise credit to use for shore excursions. That was a nice Fiftieth Anniversary gift. We had originally booked the American Queen in 2020 but had to delay due to Covid. It was nice to have Robin take care of the cruise credit accrued from that delay and to assist in re-booking. Robin is friendly, approachable, and goes the “extra mile”. We certainly will ask Robin to help us again!”
