For planning purposes regarding cost - international travel generally starts at $750 per day per person; African safaris generally start at $1,000 - $1,500 per person per day. The cost of airfare and any extras such as activities, spa, and private experiences are in addition to per diem estimates.

Cline & Co Travel Consulting offers custom packages designed to meet the unique needs of each client. Our rates reflect the personalized service and meticulous planning that go into creating your exceptional travel experience.
“Just the Facts”
For $125 per hour, Robin will consult with you and advise as to how you should plan and book on your own. No travel support provided.
“The Getaway”
$400 flat fee, Robin will plan and book one short term (4 days or less) in accordance with your wishes. Hotel, resort and land transfers/transportation only. Upgrade with concierge access for air, spa, special request and restaurant reservations.
“The Real Deal”
$600 flat fee, Robin will plan and book a fully personalized itinerary for you and your immediate family. This includes booking hotel or resort (single destination), experiences, tours, dining and spa reservations.
“The Full Monty”
$900 flat fee. Robin will plan and book a customized itinerary that is unique to you and your situation and destination(s). This includes booking hotel or resort (multiple destinations up to 3), airfare, experiences, tours, dining and spa reservations.
A La Carte
Air Only – $150 per ticket - international only
Hotel Only $50 – $100 per booking - no-charge for Virtuoso and Preferred partner bookings
Cruise Only $150 per cabin/stateroom
Villa or Home Rental – $500 per rental (without itinerary)
INSURANCE ONLY – $50 per policy for trips less than $10,000 in total cost. Self purchase link provided at no cost
Specialized travel such as business retreats, group travel, multi-generational family trips, etc. priced upon request

Cline & Co Travel Consulting is a full service luxury travel consulting, planning and concierge business that serves discerning travelers who value knowledge, efficiency and discretion. Our clients understand the advantage an experienced and knowledgeable consultant brings to the process of personally curated travel. We assist our clients with Luxury, Adventure and Expedition travel and we have the connections to arrange private air, yacht charters, villa rentals and truly bespoke itineraries all over the world. Cline & Co Travel Consulting is your trusted partner for truly exceptional travel experiences.
LET’S MEET
Contact us via phone (888.409.0041) or email (letsgo@clineandcotravel.com). This is a collaborative effort to design your perfect itinerary so we need to get to know you and understand your preferred travel style. Our initial 15 – 30 minute consultation is complimentary and arranged at a mutually agreeable time and place or platform. Fees will be discussed at the end of the meeting and prices will be quoted according to your needs.
MOVING FORWARD
If we decide we are a good fit for each other a proposal and an invoice for the planning fee will be sent. Once these are completed you will be provided with up to 3 proposals to choose from.
READY TO COMMIT
After selecting your favorite proposal (With up to 3 revisions of one proposal without incurring additional fees), a deposit is placed and necessary paperwork submitted (such as passport information, testing guidelines, terms & conditions related to your itinerary, etc.). We will stay in touch at regular intervals until departure date and we provide support throughout your travel, until you are safely home. All communication regarding travel planning will take place through email.
DEPARTURE
Your complete travel documents and final itinerary will be provided to you via our travel plans App by Travefy. There is a messaging system integrated in this App so that we can remain in touch during your travels. Travefy offers web based, mobile and PDF capabilities. If you require hard copies there will be an extra charge for a printed portfolio.
ARRIVAL HOME
We will touch base a few days after you arrive home to hear about your fabulous trip and we will also request reviews and we always appreciate photos! A referral is the greatest testimony we can receive.
