My aim at Cline & Co. Travel Consulting is to transform every client’s travel dream into a perfect experience.


Whether you have your heart set on a bucket-list destination, a once-in-a-lifetime honeymoon or simply a long, well-needed weekend away, I can make it happen.


I help people cultivate lives that are rich and full by planning transformative, incredible, and memorable travel experiences.


My clients are busy professionals and entrepreneurs who have discerning taste when it comes to travel, but do not have the time, expertise, or connections that I bring to the planning process. They are thrilled and delighted with the personally curated vacations they experience, and I endeavor to exceed their expectations every time!


Robin’s favorite travels include – Kenya, Australia, Colombia, Egypt, the Galapagos, and wherever the next adventure takes her.

Kristin

TRAVEL DESIGNER


Kristin is a wife and mother of a rambunctious seven-year-old boy. Born and raised in a small town in Kentucky, she caught the travel bug early with cross-country family trips. She enjoys craft beer, a good Rosé, and local food from wherever her travels take her. Kristin has spent the past 18 years as a real estate appraiser but has always enjoyed planning and organizing travel for family and friends. She loves a good book on a tropical beach and making the most of magical days at Disney

Mallory

OPERATIONS MANAGER AND ASSISTANT TO ROBIN CLINE


Mallory is the glue at Cline & Co. She does it ALL. She is a wife and mother of the cutest two-year-old boy ever. She is a native of Lexington, KY grew up horseback riding competitively, and is a trained chef. As a child she traveled with her family to Colorado in the summers, to visit family in Texas for the holidays and with friends on school breaks. Skiing, Disney, and enjoying Caribbean vacations made for happy memories growing up. Mallory loves Costa Rica and honeymooned there. We are fortunate to have her on the team at CCTC – if no one else knows the answer, either she does or she can find out!

Born in Veracruz, a beautiful port town off the coast of México. I married young to an adventurer at heart and together, with our 3 kids, we have lived in México, Uruguay, Nigeria, Scotland, and Thailand finally settling in Texas.
During our two decades abroad we planned and enjoyed many trips. If I had to choose our favorite experiences they would be - exploring Cape town, South Africa and glamping in New Zealand's beautiful country side.
Now that my kids are adults and I have a 3 year old grand-daughter I am enjoying be settled down but always looking forward to the next adventure!"

Lisa’s lifelong travels have given her a deep appreciation for the transformative power of exploration. She has experienced diverse cultures and learned Spanish fluently in Latin America.

Her professional background in film, finance, and the thoroughbred horse industry have honed her skills in meticulous planning and attention to detail. Lisa’s curiosity drives her to explore both glamorous destinations and off-the-beaten-path adventures.

She believes travel broadens our perspectives and helps us connect with new people and ideas. Lisa excels at planning personalized and detailed itineraries. Some of her favorite places include Paris, Andalucia, Kyoto, and Mayfair in London. She dreams of going on safari in Africa and exploring Angkor Wat in Cambodia.

Got questions?

What if I have to cancel my trip?

Travel Insurance is always recommended. Insurance quotes will be provided when proposals are delivered. You will be asked to sign a waiver if you opt to not purchase travel insurance or if you purchase it elsewhere to provide evidence of such.


Why should I use your services?

We provide expert advice, curation and booking services. It is our feeling that your travel planning should be handled by a professional and protected as an investment. Additionally, access to our contacts and relationships give our clients an added advantage. We provide personalized service leading up to travel, 24/7 service (from us and/or your on site provider) while traveling and we go above and beyond to make sure your travel experience is managed perfectly.


How do I reach you when I am traveling?

We provide our clients with a 1-888 number and a travel app with a messaging service. All issues of a legitimate nature will be addressed as quickly as possible.


What about my travel documents?

All documents obtained on behalf of our clients are housed in their personalized Portal and itineraries will be available via the Travefy app or hard copy (if requested for an extra fee).

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is always included in the proposal for your itinerary. If you only want travel insurance outside of a personalized itinerary we are happy to provide a quote free of charge. Please inquire. *NOTE - Travel insurance sold by the airlines or cruise lines is not always the best option.

EXPLANATION OF FEES

A non-refundable travel consulting fee is required for all services provided by Cline & Co Travel Consulting. Fees are discussed during the complimentary consultation and cover personalized itineraries, hotel reservations, contact with suppliers, transportation coordination and often other necessities required to formulate and execute the perfectly curated itinerary. Travel planning involves expertise, time and expense and therefore if a trip is cancelled fees may not be used on a future itinerary of a different nature. Cline & Co offers professional services for discerning travelers that want their planning and travel experience to be seamless and stress free.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

All suppliers have their own cancellation policies, which apply to your booking. Should a cancellation become necessary you must inform Cline & Co. in writing via email. You will receive a confirmation of such. Different suppliers, airlines, cruise lines, DMCs and hotels have different cancellation and refund policies. Cline & Co is not responsible for a supplier’s failure to pay a refund.

CANCELLATION AND REBOOKING FEES

Depending on the complexity of the travel arrangements a cancellation fee starting at $50 per person per itinerary may be imposed. This will be addressed before deposits are accepted and cancellation fees will be quoted. Re-booking fees may be assessed at a rate of 50% of the original fee for the same itinerary.

BASIS FOR APPLICATION OF FEES

When travel reservations are cancelled and possibly re-booked there is time involved just as there was to book the travel initially. Cline & Co works with a small selected clientele in order to provide excellent service before, during and after travel. These fees are necessary to continue to deliver the level of service our clients expect and deserve. These fees are in addition to any cancellation fees, penalties or other charges that may be due to the suppliers of contracted travel services provided in their own terms and conditions.
